Built for Geelong Painters
The AI Receptionist for Painters in Geelong.
When you're up a scaffold with a roller in hand, your phone rings and goes unanswered. That caller books someone else. EveryRing usually answers in under 3 seconds — day or night — books the job, and texts you the details.

Running a painting business in Geelong
Geelong has cool winters and hot northerly days in summer. Exterior painting in Geelong runs to the weather, so quote requests bunch up in the drier months.
Whether the job is in Torquay, Lara, Belmont or the Bellarine Peninsula, the AI takes the caller's suburb and address, what the job is and how urgent it is, and texts it to you before you're off the tools.
Geelong runs on AEST/AEDT, so the clocks change for daylight saving twice a year. EveryRing books against your calendar in your own time zone, so that switch is handled for you.

Common questions from Geelong Painters
Can I keep my 03 number?
Yes. You keep your existing Geelong number and turn on call forwarding for unanswered or busy calls. Your phone still rings first, and EveryRing only picks up what you miss.
What happens when someone in Geelong calls after hours?
EveryRing answers 24/7 on Geelong time (AEST/AEDT). It takes the details, flags anything urgent, and can book the job straight into your calendar so it's waiting for you in the morning.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
EveryRing answers in your business name and sounds like a professional receptionist. Most callers can't tell the difference. You can enable an AI disclosure if your state requires it.
How quickly can I set it up?
Most Geelong Painters are live within 15 minutes. You pick your number, set your greeting, and we handle the rest.
