EveryRing is an AI receptionist for Australian tradies and small businesses. When you can't pick up — under a sink, on a ladder, or after hours — EveryRing answers the call, captures the job details, optionally books the appointment in your calendar, and texts you a summary within seconds. Built for plumbers, electricians, sparkies, removalists, and other trade businesses across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and the rest of Australia.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your existing mobile or landline. We set up conditional call forwarding — only calls you don't answer get forwarded to the AI. Customers still dial your normal number and the phone on your desk still rings first.
How fast does the AI answer?
Usually under three seconds from the moment your phone stops ringing. The caller never hears a voicemail beep — they go straight to a conversation. EveryRing handles multiple calls at once, so you never hand a customer an engaged tone.
What does the AI sound like?
A warm, professional receptionist using ElevenLabs voices, including Australian-accent options. You can tune the persona from the settings page and paste in your specific pricing, services, and business rules so the answers match yours exactly.
What happens after a call ends?
You get an SMS and an email within seconds. Both include the caller's name, number, reason for calling, urgency, and a summary. Every call is also transcribed and stored in your dashboard for follow-up. If a high-urgency lead hasn't been called back within four hours, EveryRing nudges you with an SMS reminder.
How much does EveryRing cost?
Three plans, all AUD ex GST, billed monthly. Solo is $179/mo for ~100 calls / 400 minutes. Pro is $329/mo for ~250 calls / 1,000 minutes and includes calendar booking, follow-up nudges, and returning-caller memory. Scale is $899/mo for ~1,000 calls / 4,000 minutes and supports up to 3 numbers for multi-business operators. All plans come with a 14-day free trial, no card required to start.
How does EveryRing compare to Skedy?
EveryRing matches Skedy's core AI receptionist features (24/7 answering, multiple calls at once, transcripts, lead summaries) and is roughly 25–30% cheaper at every tier. Can EveryRing book appointments on the call?
Yes. Connect your Google Calendar and EveryRing checks your availability mid-conversation, offers slots, and books the appointment before the caller hangs up. The customer gets a confirmation, you get a calendar event, and the job is captured. Skedy's competing booking workflow is currently 'coming soon' — EveryRing has it shipped today.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly billing through Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is the call recorded? What about my privacy?
By default the AI's opening line includes a short recording-and-AI disclosure to stay compliant with Australian privacy expectations and two-party-consent jurisdictions. You can disable that in settings. Call transcripts are stored per your configured retention window (default 365 days, minimum 30) and automatically purged after that.
Can my customers text my number?
Yes, on any plan that includes a mobile number (Pro and up). Inbound texts are forwarded to your email with a tap-to-reply link so you can respond from your own phone.
What if I run multiple businesses?
The Scale plan lets you run up to 3 brands off one account — either under separate numbers or one shared number where the AI asks which business the caller is asking about. Every call is tagged to the right business in your dashboard, with per-business AI personas.
Does EveryRing work outside Australia?
Phone numbers are available in Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand. EveryRing is built and tuned for Australian accents, suburbs, and trade vocabulary, but the platform itself works internationally. The web-chat widget (included with every plan) works globally — embed it on any site anywhere in the world.
How long does setup take?
Most trade businesses are live within 5–30 minutes. You answer a few onboarding questions about your business, services, and hours; pre-fill from your website if you want; pick a phone number; turn on conditional call forwarding from your phone settings. EveryRing then answers your missed calls from the next ring.
